Who We Are

Central Church of Christ is a non-denominational community of believers. We are birthed out of the Restoration Movement which is a commitment to restore New Testament Christianity to the life and practice of the modern church. While we believe that church practices reflect the culture that the church is in, such as what programs are used and the style of worship, the basic tenants of the faith remain unchanged 2000 years later. Our aim is to simply apply the Bible to our life as a church and a community of Jesus followers.

When you come to Central, we want you to feel like you belong. Whether you feel most comfortable in shorts and a t-shirt or dressed up, you are welcome to worship with us. Most people tend to land on more of the casual side of the spectrum however. Worship is lead most weeks by a full band and will include songs from a wide range of Christian tradition, from hymns to the newest songs today. Our main concern is first and foremost to the gospel truth that we are proclaiming. Children's classes are available on Sunday morning for kids from birth to 5th grade. However, if you are more comfortable bringing your child into worship with you, you are more than welcome to do so.
